Wardrobe
This wardrobe is not an original design but one inspired by the Shaker style. As with all my furniture, solid wood, in this case Cherry, is used throughout including the door panels drawer bottoms and back panels. The doors are made in the traditional manner with hunched mortise and tenon joints. The flush fitting drawer is 10" deep and dovetailed all around.
Available in Cherry, Maple, Walnut or Oak.

Five Drawer Chest
This chest of drawers is superbly elegant as it is practical. The drawers are dovetailed all round, flush fitting and at 4", 6", 8" and 10" depth will swallow everything from socks to bulky items like sweaters or even bedding. The piece shown had drawer bottoms made from Cedar of Lebanon, and, as you open each drawer the smell is just wonderful.

This lovely little cupboard is useful in the bathroom or in the kitchen where the basic design can be scaled up or down. This particular one, for example, was made to be used as a medicine cupboard. It comes with one shelf, but another could be added

Wall Cupboard
This handsome and spacious wall cupboard can be
hung from a peg rail or screwed directly to the wall.
The paneled doors are made with mortise and tenon
joints in the traditional manner and close with a very
satisfying click. Fitted with one adjustable shelf, it is
available in Cherry, Maple, like the one shown,
Walnut or Oak.

Chest of Drawers
This six drawer chest was commissioned by a
customer who wanted it to appeal to the senses
as well as the eye. Made of Oak, it has drawers made
in the traditional style, with finely cut lapped dovetails
at the front and through dovetails at the back. The drawer bottoms are made from Cedar of Lebanon,
a wonderfully aromatic wood.

Sideboard
This sideboard is not a Shaker
design, but has definite Shaker
influence. This particular one was
made in oak. The doors have a traditional mortise and tenon

Television Cabinet
The shaker craftsmen never made a television of
course, but if they had, perhaps it would have looked
something like this.
This project started with an email from a lady who said "I have an idea for a television cabinet made in the
Shaker style, can you help?" After an exchange of
emails, telephone calls and a few drawings, the one
shown was the result. It will easily accommodate a
large screen television, a video recorder,
a D.V.D player, and satellite receiver.
